STRENGTH WITHIN HER
Women's Strengthening with Molly Bergren

Our upgraded program includes:

- 12 weeks of in-studio workouts with Molly proividing personalized cues, modifications and progressions for where ever YOU are in your fitness journey (Monday's from 6-7pm)

- 12 home workouts for you to do on a day/time that works best for you, a new one release each week

- Private Facebook book support and community where you can ask questions to Molly and Maggie

- Bonus materials like hip mobility, pelvic floor activation, shoulder stability (and so much more!)

- added health and wellness perks to help keep you on track

This program is for women of any age and experience level. We kepe the class small enough so everyone gets personalized attention and corrective cues.

PILATES EXPRESS
with Sara Rezaie

A welcoming, 45-minute, mat Pilates class designed to help beginners build a strong foundation with breath, core strength, and steady, intentional movement.

DEEP RELEASE
Epic Self-Care with Christine Force

In this 8-week series, we'll explore gentle movement and mindfulness practices to identify areas of restriction in your body's fascia—the connective tissue network that holds your body together. Using specialized tools and guided techniques, you'll learn to release  tension patterns with self-massage, soothe your nervous system, and create new freedom  and mobility in your body.

 

Perfect for all women,  regardless of fitness level or previous experience. This class incorporates self-myofascial release with gentle yoga-inspired movements to heal body, mind, and spirit.

I was referred to GAIA for help with my tailbone pain. Some of the most effective treatments were the self-relief exercises. So I was excited to take the deep release class with Christine. The class is great and helps me release my myofascial tension, of which I have a lot. You know it is a great class when everyone threatens not to leave at the end of class. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

TAI CHI FUSION
with Jane Hamann

Who says movement must be hard and fast to be effective and fun? ​ This class series will be a blend of resistance training and Tai Chi movements. You will alternate between hand based, easy, free flow Tai Chi Movements and resistance movements using your own body. You will learn movements that can help you strengthen and tone your whole body while staying grounded in your own “chi” or energy through flowing and smooth movement.

Mommy & Me Strength
with Stacy Overheim 

A strength class for moms and their kiddos to participate as much as they desire.  Moms - we're making it a no-brainer for you to show up for yourself, get the work in, then head back to mommin'.

Mommy & Me Yoga
with Jeannette Weller (Yoga In Color)

A 60-minute session in a cozy studio space designed to strengthen the parent-child bond. A typical class includes playful poses, yoga stories, movement with music, and partner games to bring awareness to body and breath. While this class is a best fit for ages 2 and up, younger siblings are also welcome at no charge. Each sibling over age 2 will require a separate registration.​​

Fertility Workshop
with Deanna Houston

A fertility journey is more than a medical experience. It’s emotional, physical, and deeply personal.

This 2-hour workshop is designed to support those navigating fertility challenges. Enjoy gentle, yoga practices that calm the nervous system, while creating space for connection.

Participants will:

* Learn simple tools to calm stress and anxiety.

* Reconnect with your bodies in a safe, supportive way.

* Experience gentle Fertility Yoga and breathwork.

Lunar New Year Sound Bath
with Veronia

A gentle welcoming of the Lunar New Year as we await spring time just around the corner. The Lunar New Year is a time of renewal and a time of better alignment with new intentions and resets. As we embark into the year of the Horse, one of vitality, adventure and high energy, this sound bath will assist to center and ground you for the year ahead.
