An 8-week series designed around exercises and yoga poses for pain resilience. Highlighting range of motion and functional movements for everyday mobility and joint health.  Slow and Intentional!

PROVE Yourself 
with Jessica Nellis 

A 8-week, strength building class focused on progressive overload using dumbbells. Low repetitions. Heavier dumbbells. Proper form. Increasing weight/reps each week.

Beginners welcome! This is a moderate level class.

DEEP RELEASE
Epic Self-Care with Christine Force

In this 8-week series, we'll explore gentle movement and mindfulness practices to identify areas of restriction in your body's fascia—the connective tissue network that holds your body together. Using specialized tools and guided techniques, you'll learn to release  tension patterns with self-massage, soothe your nervous system, and create new freedom  and mobility in your body.

 

Perfect for all women,  regardless of fitness level or previous experience. This class incorporates self-myofascial release with gentle yoga-inspired movements to heal body, mind, and spirit.

WILL RESUME FALL 2026

I was referred to GAIA for help with my tailbone pain. Some of the most effective treatments were the self-relief exercises. So I was excited to take the deep release class with Christine. The class is great and helps me release my myofascial tension, of which I have a lot. You know it is a great class when everyone threatens not to leave at the end of class. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
