STRENGTH WITHIN HER
Women's Strengthening with Molly Bergren

An 8-week series (1 class per week) focused on whole-body strength and core training for women of all levels that are looking for community and guidance in returning and beginning their wellness journey. The class will offer modifications and well as higher level progressions depending on the individual's skill level.

PILATES EXPRESS
with Sara Rezaie

A welcoming, 45-minute, mat Pilates class designed to help beginners build a strong foundation with breath, core strength, and steady, intentional movement.

DEEP RELEASE
Epic Self-Care with Christine Force

In this 8-week series, we'll explore gentle movement and mindfulness practices to identify areas of restriction in your body's fascia—the connective tissue network that holds your body together. Using specialized tools and guided techniques, you'll learn to release  tension patterns with self-massage, soothe your nervous system, and create new freedom  and mobility in your body.

 

Perfect for all women,  regardless of fitness level or previous experience. This class incorporates self-myofascial release with gentle yoga-inspired movements to heal body, mind, and spirit.

I was referred to GAIA for help with my tailbone pain. Some of the most effective treatments were the self-relief exercises. So I was excited to take the deep release class with Christine. The class is great and helps me release my myofascial tension, of which I have a lot. You know it is a great class when everyone threatens not to leave at the end of class. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

TAI CHI FUSION
with Jane Hamann

Who says movement must be hard and fast to be effective and fun? ​ This class series will be a blend of resistance training and Tai Chi movements. You will alternate between hand based, easy, free flow Tai Chi Movements and resistance movements using your own body. You will learn movements that can help you strengthen and tone your whole body while staying grounded in your own “chi” or energy through flowing and smooth movement.

Mommy & Me Strength
with Stacy Overheim 

A strength class for moms and their kiddos to participate as much as they desire.  Moms - we're making it a no-brainer for you to show up for yourself, get the work in, then head back to mommin'.
