PILATES EXPRESS
with Sara Rezaie

A welcoming, 45-minute, mat Pilates class designed to help beginners build a strong foundation with breath, core strength, and steady, intentional movement.

SHE REBUILDS
Postpartum Strengthening with Molly Bergren

A 8-week class series focused on rebuilding postpartum bodies for those between 6 weeks and 12 months postpartum. Classes will move through intentional movement strategies, core connection, and progressive strengthening.

This class is approapriate for all levels. Whether you are resuming exercise at 6 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months postpartum, this class sets the foundations for getting mom-strong, reducing the risk of injury, and progressing through your initial phase of returning to purposeful movement.

STRENGTH WITHIN HER
Women's Strengthening with Molly Bergren

An 8-week series (1 class per week) focused on whole-body strength and core training for women of all levels that are looking for community and guidance in returning and beginning their wellness journey. The class will offer modifications and well as higher level progressions depending on the individual's skill level.


*Appropriate for those over 1 year postpartum with no end range age limit!

DEEP RELEASE
Epic Self-Care with Christine Force

In this 8-week series, we'll explore gentle movement and mindfulness practices to identify areas of restriction in your body's fascia—the connective tissue network that holds your body together. Using specialized tools and guided techniques, you'll learn to release  tension patterns with self-massage, soothe your nervous system, and create new freedom  and mobility in your body.

 

Perfect for all women,  regardless of fitness level or previous experience. This class incorporates self-myofascial release with gentle yoga-inspired movements to heal body, mind, and spirit.

TAI CHI FUSION
with Jane Hamann

Who says movement must be hard and fast to be effective and fun? ​ This class series will be a blend of resistance training and Tai Chi movements. You will alternate between hand based, easy, free flow Tai Chi Movements and resistance movements using your own body. You will learn movements that can help you strengthen and tone your whole body while staying grounded in your own “chi” or energy through flowing and smooth movement.
